Healthy breakfast foods

Studies show that breakfast can be important in maintaining a healthy body weight.

Hunger usually sets in long before it’s time for lunch. People who skip breakfast will therefore most probably found themselves snacking on foods that are high in fat and sugar long before lunch time. Consuming such food will cause your blood sugar levels to spike.

People who skip breakfast are unlikely to make up for their daily requirement for some vitamins and minerals that a simple breakfast would have provided.
