Make sure you are not carrying out any tasks that could put a strain on your body or your baby especially when it comes to the end of your pregnancy as you don’t want to cause any problems or complications. Don’t Use Hot Tubs

If you are feeling aches or pains in your body then, all you will want to do is go sit in a hot tub or sauna to relax your muscles but, this should be avoided at all times during pregnancy.

Hot tubs and saunas are not suitable for pregnancy’s because when your body temperature is elevated during the first trimester of your pregnancy, it can lead to birth defects.  Although you can’t use hot tubs or spas during your pregnancy, you can still have some warm baths to relax in instead.

Intimacy

When you are pregnant, you might be questioning how intimate you can be with your partner throughout the time of your pregnancy. Pregnancies usually last around nine months, however, it can be shorter depending if your baby decides to make an early appearance.

During your pregnancy, some intimacy is still okay and using toys for pleasure isn’t too dangerous for your baby. Don’t Wear Heels

Heels are a popular type of footwear as they can dress up any outfit and give you some height but, the only downside is that they can be a bit uncomfortable. If you think they are uncomfortable then, you will struggle to wear them even more during your pregnancy and it is no surprise why.

When you are pregnant, your feet will swell up so this makes it hard to squeeze into shoes that you own. As well as your feet swelling, the further into your pregnancy, the harder it can be for you to balance which could be dangerous when wearing heels. Instead, you might find yourself wearing flat shoes like flip flops or sandals.

Beauty Treatments

When you are in salons and beauty rooms, you will find that there are a lot of powerful smells like acetone and acrylic fumes and more.

As a result, you might think that the fumes would be dangerous for you to breathe in but, as long as the salon is well ventilated and you can go ahead and get some fresh nails done along with other beauty treatments.
