What is raw food? Raw food is food that is in biological terms closest to humans.

Of course that does not mean that you should eat apples all day. Raw food can be chopped for example. The only allowed processing of raw food is drying.
There is one draw backthough. Be careful as not all food can be consumed raw. Some raw foods can be harmful to your health, some can even be poisonous. You should also be careful when eating raw eggs, raw meat and raw milk, which are biologically speaking more rich foods, but they can also be breeding grounds for bacteria.
