Smoothie with cottage cheese recipe
This smoothie can easily be a replacement for your breakfast, early morning snack, after lunch snack or dinner. It has all the ingredients your body needs, including the famous omega 3 fatty acids.
What you will need?
(besides blender, obviously.)
Preparing a smoothie…
Peel a banana and an orange, wash the apple and carrot and cut a medium sized slice of ananas (about 1cm / 0,4 inch thick).
Put everything into blender and pour in some milk. Put cottage cheese on top of that. Throw in some cookies too.
Start the blender and watch the rainbow. At the end, pour in some flaxseed oil too.
Leave the blender to do it’s job and prepare a big glass (half a litre glass will do. That’s 1 US pint).
This nutrition data is approximate. With cottage cheese smoothie you also get a bunch of minerals and vitamins that are not included in the chart. If you pour in flaxseed oil you get a lot of omega 3 fat too.
